Story in French: Le loup et l’agneau rôti
Il y avait un loup qui rôdait dans un village. Le loup avait très faim et cherchait des restes de nourriture à manger.
Il y avait un arôme très délicieux venant d’une maison. Le loup se dirigea lentement vers la maison et vit par la fenêtre. Il voit le berger et sa famille. Il y avait un gros agneau rôti sur la table.
Le berger a dit: «Il y avait un loup qui a attaqué ce pauvre agneau. Je devais sauver ce pauvre agneau du méchant loup.»
Le loup a dit: «Ah! Ces gens méchants! Ils me punissent de vouloir manger un mouton mais ils font la même chose et disent que je suis mauvais.
Moral: La bonne volonté ne vaut rien si elle n’est pas accompagnée de bons actes.
Story in French and English: Le loup et l’agneau rôti
There was a Wolf which was roaming around a village. The Wolf was very hungry and was searching for scraps of food to eat.

There was a very delicious aroma coming from a house. The wolf slowly walked towards the house and saw through the window. He could see the Shepherd and his Family. There was a large roasted lamb on table.

The Shepherd said, “There was a wolf which attacked this poor lamb. I had to save this poor lamb from the evil wolf.”

The Wolf said, “Ah! Such wicked people! They punish me for wanting to eat a sheep but they do the same thing and say that I am evil.”

“Men often condemn others for what they see no wrong in doing themselves.”
