Il était une fois un loup dans la forêt. Le loup était très orgueilleux. Il a toujours pensé qu’il était l’animal le plus gros et le plus fort du monde. Il n’a jamais respecté aucun animal. Il ne respectait même pas le lion et croyait qu’il serait un roi plus fort et plus grand.
Un jour, il a déjà pris un repas copieux et est sorti au coucher du soleil. Au coucher du soleil, l’ombre est très longue. Il a vu que l’ombre projetée par le soleil était très longue. Cela le faisait paraître cent fois plus grand qu’il ne l’était réellement.
«Oh que je suis énorme et puissant. Je suis tellement plus grand que le lion. Je dois aller le défier dans un combat.»
En disant cela, il courut vers le lion. Le lion dormait profondément et n’avait aucune ombre visible. Le loup pensait qu’il était très grand par rapport au lion. Le loup a hurlé et réveillé le lion et l’a défié à un combat.
Le lion se leva en colère et le loup vit que l’ombre du lion était tellement plus grande que la sienne. Il a dû fuir la forêt pour sauver sa propre vie

Once upon a time, there lived a Wolf in the forest. The wolf was very arrogant. He always thought that he was the largest and the strongest animal in the world. He never respected any animal. He did not even respect the Lion and believed that he would be a stronger and greater king.
