The Wolf and the Lamb – Y Blaidd a’r Oen
Once upon a time, there was a very beautiful and cute Lamb. It was drinking water from the river when a hungry Wolf saw the lamb. The wolf was farther up the stream and soon saw the lamb. The Wolf saw the lamb and was happy.
“I am so lucky. You are such a tasty looking lamb. I shall have a full belly today.”
TranslateUnwaith, roedd Oen hardd a chiwt iawn. Roedd yn yfed dŵr o’r afon pan welodd Flaidd llwglyd yr oen. Roedd y blaidd ymhellach i fyny’r nant pan welodd yr oen. Gwelodd y Blaidd yr oen ac roedd yn hapus.
“Rydw i mor ffodus. Rydych chi’n edrych fel oen mor flasus. Bydd gen i fol llawn heddiw. ”
The wolf walked towards the lamb and the lamb started to tremble in fear. The lamb looked so sad that the wolf felt bad. The wolf decided:
“I must have a reason to hate this Lamb. I will not be able eat him if I do not hate him.”
TranslateCerddodd y blaidd tuag at yr oen a dechreuodd yr oen grynu mewn ofn. Roedd yr oen yn edrych mor drist nes bod y blaidd yn teimlo’n ddrwg. Penderfynodd y blaidd:
“Rhaid bod gen i reswm i gasáu’r Oen hwn. Ni fyddaf yn gallu ei fwyta os nad wyf yn ei gasáu. ”
He walked up to the lamb and said, “I hate you. You are making the water so muddy that I cannot drink it.”
The Lamb said, “But you are upstream. How can I make the water dirty for you?”
TranslateCerddodd i fyny at yr oen a dweud, “Rwy’n eich casáu chi. Rydych chi’n gwneud y dŵr mor fwdlyd fel na allaf ei yfed. ”
Dywedodd yr Oen, “Ond rydych chi i fyny’r afon. Sut alla i wneud y dŵr yn fudr i chi? ”
The Wolf said, “Don’t lie! You are making it muddy. I even heard all the lies that you said about me last year.”
The Lamb said, “But I could not have done this. I was not even born last year. I was born only this year. I swear it was not me.”
TranslateDywedodd y Blaidd, “Peidiwch â dweud celwydd! Rydych chi’n ei wneud yn fwdlyd. Rwyf hefyd wedi clywed am yr holl gelwyddau a ddywedasoch amdanaf y llynedd. ”
Dywedodd yr Oen, “Ond ni allwn fod wedi gwneud hyn. Nid oeddwn wedi fy ngeni’r llynedd. Cefais fy ngeni eleni. Rwy’n addo nad fi oedd e. ”
The Wolf said, “Stop lying! You must have asked your brother to do it.”
The lamp said, “But I don’t have any brothers. I am innocent.”
TranslateDywedodd y Blaidd, “Stopiwch ddweud celwydd! Mae’n rhaid eich bod chi wedi gofyn i’ch brawd wneud hynny. ”
Dywedodd yr oen, “Ond does gen i ddim brodyr. Rwy’n ddieuog. ”
The Wolf growled and said, “Well, it has to be someone from your family then. I don’t care who it is but I’m not going to miss my meal.”
Saying so, the wolf carried the lamb away into the forest.
TranslateChwyrnodd y Blaidd a dweud, “Wel, rhaid iddo fod yn rhywun o’ch teulu felly. Nid wyf yn poeni pwy ydyw ond nid wyf yn mynd i fethu fy mhryd. ”
Gan ddweud hynny, cariodd y blaidd yr oen i ffwrdd i’r goedwig.
