The Sheep and the Wolf – 羊とオオカミ
Once upon a time, there was a great fight between a Wolf and a Bear. The Wolf was very tired at the end and was lying down, completely exhausted.
A Sheep was walking past when the Wolf called out, “Mr. Sheep. Mr. Sheep.”

昔々、オオカミとクマの間で大きな戦いがありました。 最後にオオカミはとても疲れ横になり、完全に疲れ果てていました。
羊が通りかかり、オオカミは呼びかけました「羊さん。羊さん。」
The Sheep immediately turned to run away when the Wolf said, “Please wait. I am very exhausted and cannot even walk.”
The Sheep stopped so the Wolf said, “Can you please bring me some water? I am so tired that I need some water in order to even get up. Only after I have some water will I even have the strength to search for some food”

羊はすぐに逃げようとしましたがオオカミは言いました「水を一杯持ってきてくれませんか？私はとても疲れていて立ち上がれるために水が必要なんだ。水を飲んだ後にだけ食べ物を探す力が出てくるんです。」
The Sheep started to walk away saying, “If I bring you water, then you don’t have to search for food. I will become your food. Don’t ever ask me for water again”
Translate羊は立ち去り始め言いました「あなたに水を持っていけば、あなたは食べ物を探す必要がなくなります。 私はあなたの食べ物になります。 二度と私に水を頼まないで下さい。」
Moral: “A knave’s hypocrisy is easily seen through.”
